Annual assessment invoices are mailed at the beginning of January each year and are due within 60 days.
We can now accept payments via Zelle using firstname.lastname@example.org
If it is not available through your bank, you can use Zelle stand alone (‘how it works’ link below) or simply send a check as you have in the past. If you send via Zelle, please indicate your property address in the notes section of your payment to simplify the accounting process.
Annual association dues are $400 plus $25 for each boat stored on common property.
Please refer to the By-Laws, Section 12 for information regarding Assessments.
The association encourages everyone to attend the annual meeting held in September to learn where your assessment dollars are spent. Board members representing our Annual Budget, Parks and Easements, Beach, Lake Management, Boat Management, and Recreation will present actual and planned expenditures.
